From first light to last wave

Coffee and soft light
7:00 -- 11:00Indonesian beans, slowly brewed. Light breakfasts shaped by what's fresh. The ocean already moving in the distance.

Easy and unhurried
12:00 -- 17:00A cold drink, a light bite, the sea breeze doing most of the work. No schedule, no rush.

Food and ocean air
18:00 -- 22:00Fresh seafood, simple preparations, open tables. Food and conversation and the sound of the sea.

Signature Experiences
Catch & Cook
Head out with a local fisherman at dawn. Cast lines into the open water, and return to Saga where your catch becomes the evening meal.
Coastal Feast
A longer, more relaxed evening centred around fresh seafood, local ingredients, and the natural beauty of the setting.
